Broadcast Pix provides knowledgeable, helpful technical support. Our experts can even log into your system remotely to diagnose any issue and help you create with confidence. While others are known for selling you a switcher and abandoning you, Broadcast Pix is the opposite. We help you get the most out of your live production purchase.

First year WARRANTY
- 1-year hardware warranty, with return to factory for repair or replacement
- 90-day software warranty, including:
- E-mail and telephone support with a max response time of 24hrs (within business days)
- All upgrades, bug fixes and enhancement to the software over that 90 day period
- 90-day Remote support and diagnosis (internet connection required)
ENHANCED first year WARRANTY, purchased with new product
- Advanced hardware replacement (if system not returned, it will be invoiced)
- 1 month additional hardware warranty to facilitate installation
- Additional 300 days software warranty, including:
- E-mail and telephone support with a max response time of 24hrs (within business days)
- All upgrades, bug fixes and enhancement to the software over that additional 300 day period
- 300-day Remote support and diagnosis (internet connection required)
- Priority troubleshooting for Technical Support Cases.
- Priority on rental gear.
- Access to the user forums and knowledge base
- 13 Months subscription to BPNet
Annual SUPPORT Contract
- 1 Year of advanced hardware replacement (if system not returned, it will be invoiced)
