How to find your serial number

Broadcast Pix Support tracks every issue by a system’s serial number. Please have your serial number ready when contacting our Technical Support so that we can quickly look at the specifications of your system and any past issues you might have had.

Serial numbers can be found on the status tab on the Multi-View display, or on a sticker on the outside of the hardware.

How to identify your Broadcast Pix system’s serial number:

• Roadie serial numbers start with BPR
• Flint serial numbers start with BPF
• Mica serial numbers start with BPM
• Granite serial numbers start with GSC or GSW
• BPswitch serial numbers start with BPGX, BPMX or BPFX
