Warranty and Support Contracts

Software updates are included for systems under warranty or a current support contract. Coverage also includes email and phone support, remote diagnosis, and protection from costly factory service fees. Without coverage, a factory service incident can cost $1,500 for a switcher or server frame or $1,000 for a panel, plus parts, and phone support is $250 per hour.

Training
