Microsoft is officially ending support of Windows 7 on January 14, 2020, but Broadcast Pix is here to help.

What does end of support mean?
When Microsoft ends support for Windows 7, your server will still function. HOWEVER, Microsoft will not longer provide technical support for any issues, software updates or security updates and patches.

Windows 7 Systems
If your Broadcast Pix is in range of the following serial numbers, it is running on Windows 7:

  • GSC7000 for Granite
  • BPM7000 for Mica
  • BPF0000 – BPF9000 for Flint
  • BPR0000 for Roadie

DO NOT attempt to upgrade your system to Windows 10. The hardware will not support it.
